Make Hangover Cure Drink!

 You had fun last night, right? but when the morning comes and the hangover starts hitting, there is when you start regretting why you even drank last night haha! I'll explain to you how to make a drink that will make you feel all okay again and detoxicated. 

It’s carrot and ginger soup love😄.

So basically add onions, garlic - to olive oil. Mix till they’re soft.

Add some salt (to your taste).

Add chicken stock - fresh or from cubes. If from cubes, make sure you dissolve the cubes in hot water first then add.

Lower the heat to simmer and add grated ginger-like 2 teaspoons. It seems like a lot, but trust me.

Let that simmer for like 30 min. 

Switch off the heat and very carefully add it to a blender. 

Blend it. 

Put it back in the pot and simmer - adjust the salt and add black pepper.


It’s super healthy and quite filling so when your body needs a break, it’s a good one to nourish your stomach and make you feel all detoxed 😊. Enjoy!!
